The first 4 weeks of our 2011 camp program are from June 27th through July 22nd, the second 4 weeks are from July 26th through August 19th. Camp is closed on Monday, July 4th. Three day per week programs are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, two day per week programs are on Tuesday and Thursday. Thursday and Friday are special event days each week.

Our regular camp day starts at 9:30. Arrival time is from 9:00 to 9:30. An early arrival option is available to support parent drop-off of campers at 8:00 AM. Pickup time for pre-kindergarten, kindergarten and 1st grade campers is from 3:30 to 3:55. Pickup time for 2nd grade through 4th grade campers is from 4:00 to 4:30. Camp activities for our older campers continue until the start of their 4:00 pickup time. There is flexibility available in the pickup time to encourage car pools and busing for those families or car pools with campers in both age groups. A late pickup option is available to support parent pickup at 5:30 PM.

The standard rates include a beverage for lunch, an afternoon snack, all craft and workshop supplies, accident insurance, a Camp shirt and Camp bag. Campers should bring a bag lunch (which will be refrigerated) on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We will provide lunch (pizza, hot dog or chicken nuggets) with fruit juice and a fruit cup or cookie each Thursday and Friday. Bus service is provided in selected areas with contracted, air conditioned, seat belted vans. Our oldest campers will enter the fourth grade in the Fall of 2011. Our youngest campers must be 3 1/2 years old when they start camp. Check our Car Pool Program for information on refunds up to $240 per camper for participating in a car pool.

A deposit of 15 percent of the cost of your camp program is needed with the Enrollment Agreement to reserve an opening. The balance of the camp cost is due on April 1, 2011. There are penalties for enrollment cutbacks or terminations so please think about you enrollment carefully. Camp cancellation insurance is available which provides full refunds and covers all penalties for enrollment cutbacks or terminations.
